Please contact hello@envyhairofficial.com for any questions related to refunds or exchanges. Envy Hair extensions are eligible for refunds or exchanges (14 days from purchase) on the basis brought back un tampered and swing tag untouched.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that picking the right hair texture or length might be difficult, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Envy Hair Extensions for your preferred texture or length within fourteen (14) days of you receiving your order. You must contact us within the fourteen (14) day exchange period to be eligible for an exchange of your unopened Envy Hair Extensions.
We only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
To be eligible for exchange, your Envy Hair Extensions must be shipped or brought back unopened in the original packaging and all exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice/receipt. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions as to where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange.
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you ship the product to be exchanged with a tracking number as Envy Hair will not be held responsible for any items lost in shipping. We will send you the desired texture hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned extensions not opened, and protected by a security seal, within 14 days of receipt.

All orders are tracked, giving you full control to follow your parcel via an online link sent to email.
Envy Hair only ships to the UK Mainland. We use DPD express next day delivery. Order before 2 PM Monday to Thursday you will receive order the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be send out Monday and received Tuesday.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered, not lost or stolen. Please note there is an additional 7 – 10 business working days for pre-orders.
